経緯
Shelly Goff of Shellywear said in the lawsuit that she pitched her patented pocket bra to Nike starting in 2015, but was not adopted, and that the company then used her patented technology without permission in the Swoosh, an athletic bra with pockets for storing the wearer's belongings.
Nike has yet to comment on the lawsuit, which accuses the company of infringing eight patents.
